About the Installation

Commissioned by the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce for the Art on Clark series, Positivity Rules brings a playful sense of reflection to one of Chicago’s busiest corridors. One side of the sculpture reads “you are beautiful,” while the reverse is a ruler inviting visitors to measure their height and share a moment of joy. The cut-through stencil design connects the message with its surroundings, making the city itself part of the art.
