About the Installation
Set along the river in front of the St. Charles Municipal Center, this “Be You” sculpture offers a clear, encouraging prompt on the riverwalk. Commissioned by the St. Charles Business Alliance and donated to the city in 2020, it invites a brief pause and quick photos, turning an everyday route into a shared experience. Originally sited at First Street Plaza, the work’s move to the municipal riverfront keeps the message at the heart of downtown.
