Orders & Shipping

Where is my order?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout. USPS First Class shipments can sometimes take 7–10 business days to arrive.

If your order has not arrived after that timeframe, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.


My order arrived but something is missing or incorrect. What should I do?

Please send us a message with your order number and we will make it right. Mistakes happen sometimes, and we’re always happy to help.


Why did my subscription sticker arrive without tracking?

Sticker Club subscriptions are shipped by letter mail so we can keep the program affordable. USPS does not provide tracking for letter-rate shipments.

Most subscription envelopes arrive within about a week, though occasional delays can mean delivery takes 7–10 business days.

If it has been longer than that and your envelope still has not arrived, please reach out. We’re always happy to look into it and help however we can.


How do I update my subscription address or payment information?

Log in to your customer account and select My Subscriptions. From there you can update your payment details or shipping address.

If you run into any issues, feel free to email us and we’ll help.


Free Stickers

Do you really offer free stickers?

Yes! We offer a free sticker program through the mail.

To request stickers, send a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) to our studio and we will fill it with stickers and send it back to you.

Why do you ask for a stamped envelope?

When Matthew was a kid he mailed away for a small prize and waited weeks for it to arrive. The excitement of receiving something with his name on it stayed with him for life.

The free sticker program continues that tradition.

Sending a self-addressed stamped envelope keeps the program sustainable while allowing anyone, anywhere, to participate.


Donations & Fundraisers

Can you donate stickers or merchandise to our event?

We love supporting community projects and fundraising events whenever possible.

Each year we set aside a limited amount of stickers specifically for donations. Once those supplies are gone, we unfortunately can’t fulfill additional requests.

If stickers are still available for the year, we’re happy to send up to 150 stickers for fundraising events. We simply ask that you cover the shipping cost.

Please contact us with information about your event and we’ll let you know what is available.


Sharing the Message

How can I bring You Are Beautiful to my community?

There are many ways people share the message, including:

Do you work with schools or community groups?

Yes. We regularly collaborate with schools, libraries, and community organizations to create murals, workshops, and public art projects.

About the Project

Is You Are Beautiful a nonprofit?

You Are Beautiful is an independent art project created by artist Matthew Hoffman.

Sales of stickers and artwork help support the project and allow us to continue sharing the message through public art and community programs.


Can I collaborate with the project?

We love hearing creative ideas. If you’re an artist, educator, or community organizer interested in collaborating, feel free to reach out and tell us about your idea.
